General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between naga8 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user of the platform ("User", "you", "your"). The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• Platform: The naga8 website and all associated services.
• Account: A personal profile registered by a user on the platform.
• Bonus: Additional credits granted under a promotional offer.
• Wagering Requirement: The amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Taka (৳): Bangladeshi Taka — the only transaction currency on this platform.

naga8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered as automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on naga8 and use any gaming or betting service, you must be at least 21 years of age. It is entirely the user's responsibility to confirm this age. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or by multiple members of the same household is a clear violation of naga8's policy. If duplicate accounts are detected, we reserve the right to close both accounts and seize the balances.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Accounts opened on the basis of false information may be closed at any time. The authority may request a copy of your government-issued ID for identity verification.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login password confidential. Notify naga8 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Sharing your account with a third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

naga8 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are currently accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. No deposit below this limit will be accepted.

3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If additional identity verification is required, this time may increase somewhat.

3.5 Transaction Liability

naga8 will not be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from an incorrect account number or information provided by the user. Please carefully verify all details before submitting a withdrawal request.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

naga8 offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 worth of bets to be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Placing artificial bets or creating accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses is prohibited.
• naga8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

VIP Program & Rewards System

naga8's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Players have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers by remaining regularly active. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at the platform's discretion.

User Code of Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Playing via software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability in the system.
• Harassing other users or using offensive language.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Fulfilling bonus requirements through artificial betting from your own or another person's account.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

In the event of a violation of these rules, naga8 may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice, cancel bonuses and associated winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

Republishing, distributing, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Service Suspension & Account Closure

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available valid balance before closure.

9.2 Closure at the Platform's Initiative

In cases of Terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, naga8 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice. In such cases, bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited.

9.3 Service Interruptions

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, naga8 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

Limitation of Liability

naga8 makes every effort to provide a safe and reliable platform. However, the platform will not be held liable for the following:

• Financial loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment systems.
• Game losses caused by the user's internet disconnection.
• Situations arising from technical issues on the user's device.
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond the platform's control.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. naga8 may update these Terms at any time — continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
